Aero Racing Wheels

A little about Aero Race Wheels
"In 1995, AERO Race Wheels, located in Estherville, Iowa.

It's not an understatement to say that we have made our mark in the racing community in just a short amount of time.

AERO wheels can be seen accessorizing the locals at the dirt and asphalt tracks across the nation, as well as every team on the Winston Cup circuit.

In fact, since November 2nd of 1997, every NASCAR Winston Cup race has been won by a driver competing on AERO Race Wheels."

The 31 Series wheels feature CNC spun formed rim shells, offering lightweight, strength and the technology of our Winston Cup wheel in a 13" wheel. This precision wheel has a full 360 degree weld.

53 Series - Roll Formed Beadlock

AERO's 15x8 beadlock wheel is I.M.C.A./WISSOTA approved and is the most widely used beadlock wheel in these two associations.

Our beadlock wheels are a true 7", 8", 10" or 12" width. We manufacture special rims to avoid runout problems caused by using a torch or plasma cutter to trim rims to size.
Inner and outer beadlock rings are CNC laser cut to insure consistent quality and accuracy, Mud cover tabs are incorporated into the inner ring, eliminating the need for welding.

AERO's beadlock ring uses 16, grade 8 zinc plated bolts and washers.

58 Series - Roll Formed

Aero Racing Wheels - 58 Series

The Same quality control standards that go into our 59 Series Winston Cup wheel are incorporated into the production of the economically priced roll formed 58 series wheel.
The 58 series features the largest drop center in it's class, providing the most brake caliper clearance and brake cooling capabilities available in a 15x10 wheel.

This wheel now incorporates safety bead humps, so it is a excellent choice for either dirt or asphalt applications.
